Analysis job input

When you submit a job, you give us:

• A public website URL to analyze

We do not collect or store any personal data from within that URL (e.g., no user-uploaded documents, no private content).

Automatically Collected Data

For security and performance monitoring, we collect anonymized technical data such as:

• Device type
• Browser type
• Page load metrics
• Basic request metadata

This data is fully anonymized and cannot be linked back to your identity.

2. What we don’t collect

• We don’t collect payment card numbers (Stripe handles that).
• We don’t collect private files or personal documents.
• We don’t log identifiable user activity outside what’s needed for security.
• We do not sell or rent user data.
• We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking across other websites.

3. How your information is used

We use your information only to run the service:

• Account management (logins, subscriptions)
• Processing your submitted jobs
• Communicating important updates (service issues, account notices)
• Improving system reliability using anonymized metrics

Your public-URL job content is processed to generate analysis, but it is not connected to your personal account information once extracted.

4. How payments work (Stripe)

We use Stripe for subscription payments.
When you start a subscription:

• We share your name and email with Stripe so they can create your customer profile.
• You are then redirected to Stripe’s hosted portal for checkout and billing management.

We never see or store your card number, billing address, or any payment method details.

5. How AI processing works (OpenAI)

We use OpenAI’s models to analyze the content of the public website URL you provide.
What we send to OpenAI:

• Cleaned, structured text from the public URL

What we never send to OpenAI:

• Your name
• Your email
• Your organization
• Your password
• Any personal user-provided data

OpenAI receives the text extracted from the URL along with our custom instructions, with no user-identifying information attached.

6. Where data is stored

All user data is stored in a local, self-hosted, encrypted database.
No personal data is shared with third-party storage providers.

Data is encrypted:

• At rest: in our database
• In transit: via HTTPS

Only the website host (our server infrastructure) has access to user data, strictly for operational purposes.

7. How long we keep your data

• Account data: kept until you request deletion
• Job results: kept as long as needed for your account functionality
• Anonymized logs: may be retained for security and performance analysis; these contain no identifiable data

• Your account
• Your name, email, and orgnaization
• Your password hash
• Any job records tied to your account

8. Your choices and rights

You can:

• Update your name, email, and organization at any time
• Delete your entire account
• Request a copy of the limited personal data we store
• Ask questions about how your data is used

Deletion is permanent. Once your data is removed, it cannot be restored.

9. Children’s privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. If the changes are significant, we’ll notify you by email.
